Murray Mudge
Murray Mudge provides Residential Hostel accommodation
for residents needing to maintain a quality of life in
their latter years.
It was opened in 1968 initially for independent residents.
In 1976 the first residents began to receive some support
and now most of the four storey building is used to provide
accommodation for people who require support for their
daily living. In 1976 the Ground Floor was declared as
a Hostel.
In 1983 the Mission gained approval from
the Federal Government to provide "Support Approval" for
Hostel services to be delivered to residents in their
own units throughout
the multi-storey building. |
