Rubys provides accommodation for males and females, aged 12-17 years. The focus is on helping young people and their families resolve conflicts and get back together again, with either the young person returning home or living independently with parental support.

Accommodation is provided on a respite basis whilst the young person and their family work towards resolving their conflicts and reunification.

At present there are four Rubys across the state that offer this service, Thebarton, Enfield, Edwardstown and Mount Gambier.

Counselling at Rubys is a necessary component in order to achieve a positive outcome. For this reason we make counselling a mandatory component of the program. The Rubys Reunification Program works collaboratively with the Youth Services counselling team (located in Pitt St).

Ruby's referrals can be made directly via the service, through the counselling duty service or through a NAHA Gateway service
