Wakefield Supported Recovery

Psychosocial Support Packages is a programme funded by the SA Department of Health and is aimed at providing support services to people living with a mental illness in our community. The packages of support are tailored to meet the needs of the individual and are aimed at improving individual strengths and skills. The packages of support are offered in the Wakefield region.
