Family Relationships Counselling

UnitingCare Wesley Adelaide Family Services have provided counselling to individuals, families and couples since the 1970's. We provide quality counselling to promote healthy, safe and respectful relationships, prevent conflict and separation, support families experiencing separation and promote the right for children to have meaningful relationships with both parents.

Fees are charged on a sliding scale according to income and inability to pay is not a barrier to accessing a service.

Services are provided in Adelaide (08 8202 5190), Murray Bridge (08 8535 6800) and Christies Beach (book through our Adelaide location.)

Men and Family Relationships
This service works with men their partners and children to assist in developing safe, positive and respectful relationships.

Fees are charged on a sliding scale according to income and inability to pay is not a barrier to accessing a service.

Services are provided from Elizabeth (08 8255 3323) and Salisbury (08 8285 4499.)

Specialised Family Violence Service
Family Services has a strong commitment to assisting people develop relationships that are healthy, respectful, safe and free from violence, control or abuse. We provide counselling for men who want to stop hurting those they care about and for women and children affected by family violence.

Fees are charged on a sliding scale according to income and inability to pay is not a barrier to accessing a service.

Services can be accessed from Adelaide (08 8202 5190), Murray Bridge (08 85356800), Christies Beach (book through our Adelaide location), Elizabeth (08 8255 3323) and Salisbury (08 8285 4499.)

Family Violence Peer Mentoring Progam
Family Services provides a service that supports women who have experienced family violence, control or abuse by connecting them with a trained volunteer peer mentor. If you are interested in training to become a volunteer mentor, or are a woman who would like to be connected with a mentor please call us on 08 8202 5190.

Fees are charged on a sliding scale according to income and inability to pay is not a barrier to accessing a service.

Carers Mediation and Counselling Service (CMACS)
CMACS supports families who are caring for a loved one with a disability. This can include future financial planning, counselling for the carer, information and referral and group programs. CMACS is a free service and can provide outreach and home visiting. Please call 08 8150 7213 for an appointment.
