Commonwealth Carelink Centre

Commonwealth Carelink Centre is a national program aimed at providing information and support to carers, GPs, allied health professionals and the general public in relation to accessing services in the community. The purpose of this information provision is to ensure easier access to available services, to enable people to continue living independently in their own homes.

UnitingCare Wesley Adelaide provides the North and West Country regional services from our Port Augusta Office.
