The Research and Development Unit is an innovative and responsive Unit that promotes the development of a visionary Community Service Organisation.

Goals of the Research & Development Unit

To assist in the development of systems, training resources and other tools that enhance organisational development.

Quality Service Delivery:
To develop Evaluation & Performance tools which promote high quality service delivery.

Advocacy:
To undertake research & development Resources & Systems that facilitate UnitingCare Wesley Adelaide’s Advocacy Goals.

The Unit was established in 1995/96 and is funded from within UnitingCare Wesley Adelaide.
