Murray Mallee Supported Recovery
Disability and Mental Health Services
UnitingCare Wesley Adelaide

This programme provides psycho-social rehabilitation and recovery support to adults experiencing a mental illness and to Indigenous adults experiencing significant concerns with social and emotional well-being in the Murray Mallee Districts.

It is particularly directed towards people who:

  • require support to continue living in their own home
  • are socially or physically isolated
  • have no access or limited access to support services
  • are under threat of homelessness
  • require frequent hospital admissions for either physical or mental health concerns, and/or
  • present frequently at hospital emergency departments

Clients
Adults with a mental illness and Indigenous adults experiencing significant concerns with social and emotional well-being in the Murray Mallee District.
